Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Joseph graduated from Central Catholic High School before earning his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Incarnate Word. He went on to graduate cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he was an active leader in student law organizations and gained valuable courtroom exposure through internships, including with Judge Fred Biery of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
